At Uzerflow, we stand behind the quality of our Platform and developer licenses. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which we offer refunds and the process for requesting one.

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Uzerflow purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.

14-Day Cancellation Right: As per Paddle's Buyer Terms (our payment processor), you have the right to cancel your agreement and request a refund within 14 days of purchase without providing a reason. We extend this to 30 days to ensure your complete satisfaction.

2.1 Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund under our 30-day guarantee:

  • The refund request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of your purchase
  • You must provide a brief explanation of why you're requesting a refund
  • You must not have violated our Terms of Service
  • The license must not have been used for commercial deployment (development/testing use is acceptable)

2.2 What Happens After Approval

If your refund is approved:

  • Your license key will be immediately deactivated
  • You will lose access to the Platform features associated with your license
  • Your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method via Paddle, our payment processor

3. Refund Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted in the following circumstances:

  • After 30 Days: Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after purchase
  • License Misuse: Violations of our Terms of Service, including unauthorized redistribution or license sharing
  • Chargebacks: If you have initiated a chargeback through your payment provider (this will result in account suspension)
  • Promotional Licenses: Licenses obtained through promotions, discounts, or special offers (unless otherwise stated)
  • Renewal Fees: After the renewal period has begun (you can cancel future renewals, but current periods are non-refundable)
  • Change of Mind After Production Use: If the license has been used in a production/commercial environment

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact Our Support Team

Send an email to support@uzerflow.com with the following information:

  • Subject line: "Refund Request"
  • Your email address associated with the purchase
  • Your order number or transaction ID
  • License key (if available)
  • Brief explanation of why you're requesting a refund

Step 2: We Review Your Request

Our support team will review your request within 1-2 business days. We may ask for additional information to better understand your situation and improve our product.

Step 3: Refund Processing

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

5. Partial Refunds

In certain exceptional circumstances, we may offer partial refunds at our discretion. This is evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be offered for:

  • Downgrade requests within the first 30 days (difference between license tiers)
  • Technical issues that significantly impact usability and cannot be resolved
  • Other extenuating circumstances as determined by our support team

6. Subscription Cancellations

For recurring subscription licenses (if applicable):

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You will retain access to your license until the end of the paid period
  • No refunds are provided for the current billing period
  • You can reactivate a canceled subscription before it expires to prevent loss of access

7. Technical Issues

If you're experiencing technical issues with the Platform, please contact our support team before requesting a refund. We're committed to helping you resolve any problems you encounter.

Many technical issues can be resolved quickly with our support team's assistance. We offer:

8. Chargebacks

Important: Please do not initiate a chargeback with your credit card company or payment provider before contacting us. Chargebacks are costly to process and often result in additional fees and complications.

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of your account and license
  • Inability to purchase future licenses

If you're not satisfied with your purchase due to purchasing the wrong license tier or similar issues, we may be able to offer a license transfer or upgrade instead of a refund.
