By accessing or using Uzerflow ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Platform, including those who purchase developer licenses.
Upon purchase of a developer license, Uzerflow grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms and the specific license tier you have purchased.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Uzerflow offers different license tiers (Pro, Enterprise, etc.) with varying features and usage limits. The specific features and limitations of your license are described on our pricing page and in your purchase confirmation.
Upon successful payment, you will receive your license key via email to the address provided during purchase. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and to check your spam folder if you do not receive the license within 24 hours.
Each license key can be activated on a limited number of devices/projects as specified in your license tier. Exceeding activation limits may result in license suspension.
Active licenses include access to software updates and technical support as specified in your license tier. Support is provided via email and our support portal.
All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect existing active licenses.
Payments are processed through Paddle, our authorized payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to Paddle's terms of service and privacy policy.
You are responsible for paying any applicable sales taxes, VAT, or other taxes associated with your purchase. Paddle will calculate and collect applicable taxes at checkout.
Refund requests are subject to our Refund Policy.
The Platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Uzerflow and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your license grants you the right to use the Platform as specified in your license tier, but does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. You use the Platform at your own risk.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UZERFLOW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms.
Upon termination, your license to use the Platform will immediately cease, and you must stop all use of the Platform. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
Your continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
